Here, I offer a diverse set of workshops to support your holistic health (mentally, physically, emotionally), while simultaneously working to connect us all into the environments we find ourselves in.
I teach a model of going within as a path to healing the threads that connect each of us. If that boggles your mind, then that's the point: only by getting out of our heads and into felt connection with all aspects of self (especially our bodies) can we do the big work that is healing and real, meaningful transformation that offers a path forward into a brighter, more beautiful world.

Health is a big, complex, and individualized topic. In this workshop series it is my goal to help you form a deeper relationship with your body so that you can become more discerning when it comes to the choices you make about your health.
The reality is.... your body knows how to take care of itself. It does not need your micro-managing so that it can do its many, many tasks well.
Instead, it needs your support.
It needs you to be knowledgeable of how to nourish it, and it needs you to move in ways that feel good! All without all the stress of doing it perfectly!
Stress - as it turns out, this is the number one factor driving poor health outcomes! Because of this, our work together begins by lowering stress as you release all the clinging and anxiety that is driving you mad. Meanwhile, we begin by becoming grounded in a space from which you can make clear, conscious, and skillful decisions.
