The Embodied Path is one of grounded and centered connection into the heart of what matters most.
What matters most? How about YOU, fully embodied as the whole being the you are: head on top of shoulders, mind in connection to heart, in connection to body, in connection to all that makes you, YOU!
And, how about this Earth? This beautiful Planet Earth shining all her radiant and diverse colors.
Here, on this Embodied Path, we are present to do the healing and transformative work that guides us each and all forward:
- Calling in more light through joy, through skillful action, through deep fulfillment
- Calling in healing, as we mend the rifts within our own selves, and the rifts we have created out in the world
Here, we do it for ourselves (because YOU deserve to feel good and enjoy this life); and, for the whole of life on Planet Earth.
The Embodied Path
Step 1: Find Your Grounding
Grounding has everything to do with that feeling of safety in a present and centered connection to this moment.
When we move through life caught up in the chaos of everything happening, we become ungrounded. This means we get pulled out of the present moment. We may feel anxious and/or overwhelmed.
Grounding is a returning to presence. More than this, it is a felt knowing that you are here and now, connected into self, connected into this 3D Planet Earth, physically connected to the ground you sit/stand/walk/etc. upon.

Steps 2+: Tune in, Create Space, and Act with Discernment
Once you have found your grounding, it is time to deepen into presence. This is a multi-step process that involves a slowing down as you disconnect from the chaotic pace of the world we find ourselves in.
Calling upon your breath to slow you down, you find that you now have space in your conscious:
- space to tune in, to listen, sense, and feel what is here and now
- space to call upon discernment as you make sense of what is here and choose you next step forward.
The magic and power of these steps exists in your ability to hold space for what is present. This is where you disentangle yourself from the noise and chaos, and through alignment with your whole self (mind and body, in connection to the greater world you are part of), you get to take skillful action.
Sometimes, the best decision is no action. Perhaps, space is what is needed most. In this space, be filled with your own consciousness. This is when our deepest healing occurs.
Other times, the best decision is to act. Move! Use your voice. Take physical steps. What needs to be done?
The process is not formulaic. It is uncovered as you step into each moment of your life, living it more fully with more of you: present, centered, and connected.
