Connection is a path of healing, of discernment, and of knowing the truth of reality via direct perception.
During this series of guided embodiment meditations, you will learn to:
- Connect with your breath as your faithful and always present guide inward, into your own being
- Connect with your body in a gentle & safe exploration
- Connect with Earth as you find your grounding, receive nourishment, and open up to gratitude and reciprocity for all that she offers you
- Learn to move with skill as you enter into a movement-based meditation that helps to deepen into felt connection with your body

It can't be! For any true journey into knowing oneself must take into account the fact that we, as biological and spiritual beings, are intricately connected into a vast web of life!
This web expands outward, connecting you to the ground beneath you and all of life around you!
And, this web expands inward as you realize your boundaries aren't as firm as we've been taught to believe, but instead permeable to the rhythm and pulse of life that flows inward and outward.
During this meditation series, you will be connecting into self and into Earth so that you can receive all of the benefits of being in grounded, present, felt connection
Hi, I'm Katie
A trained Yoga & Meditation teacher, Earth Priestess, and devotee of life on this Planet Earth.
If you're here, I can assume that you feel the same heartbreak over the way things are going in this world - a world that has found itself disconnected from both the biological and spiritual nature of reality.
For me, it all started in the world of physical health where I trained as a Biomedical Engineer (B.S.E., M.S.) to solve physical health problems that contribute significantly to the collective suffering of human life on our Planet Earth.
But I couldn't stand it over there! I couldn't stand the way I was taught to view the human body as a machine, disconnected mind & body as we relied fully on our heads and technology to rid ourselves of the inconveniences of being human!
Today, I teach a framework that is founded on a different perspective: body, hand-in-hand with matter. We are biological, just as we are spiritual, just as we are many other aspects of self that make this human experience the wild & magical journey that it is!
The mind, in all its genius and magnificent capacities, does not exist on a pedestal powering over all of life. Rather, I view our path of healing as one that is founded on knowing ourselves in connection:
- to self, for all that we are (including all those parts of self that have been ignored or actively suppressed)
- with all that expands beyond self and enters into our awareness for support, nourishment, and healing
Journey inward with embodiment-focused meditations to unearth and deepen connection
There is a problem alive in our world today that has everything to do with how we've been taught to disconnect:
- mind from body
- self from other
- humanity from nature
When we live in states of disconnection, we not only lose out on powerful sources of wisdom, but we also become ignorant to the parts of self that are very much alive and asking for attention. Turning our mind's eye away from inner parts of self don't make them go away, but instead allow problems to arise.
The journey inward into deeper felt connection with self is a journey of healing. And, it is a journey of deepening discernment as you learn to listen and source wisdom from all parts of self.
