This is not a course in nutrition, and it is not a course advising you in any specific health-centered behaviors. I reserve this work for 1:1 coaching, because I recognize health-centered behavior to be highly individualized. What this course will provide you is a way of relating to health-conscious behaviors so that you can move through life making healht-conscious choices with more skill and ease.
