Prepare yourself to deepen into an experience of rest and release.
You may want to come prepared to this practice with the intention of something specific you are ready to let go of:
- A behavior
- A thought pattern
- A limiting belief
- Anything that you are holding that brings you stress, anxiety, and limits your ability to move forward through life with ease, focus, and clarity
If it feels comfortable, a recommend closing down your eyes for this practice. If not, a soft gaze is perfect.
Find yourself seated or laying down in a space where you will not be interrupted for the next 15 minutes. When you are ready, press play.
