What can you expect from my Health Coaching services?
As a Biomedical Engineer, it has always been my mission to understand the science underlying human health, while simultaneously working to consider how we avoid common pathways of disease progression.
As a health coach, it is my goal to provide you with the necessary information that you may need to create behavioral change as you work to build healthy habits.

What can you expect from my Yoga Therapy services?
As a Yoga Therapist, I call upon frameworks and practices that examine different aspects of our experience as human beings. In Yoga Therapy sessions, we will work together to overcome specific health challenges that you have identified - those manifesting in your body (pain, stiffness, weakness, etc.), your mind (anxiety, depression, etc.), or any other aspect of you!
Working through health challenges
When it comes to addressing health challenges, it is often the case that I, as a health professional, am able to provide you with science-backed information that ties directly into practices that address a clear problem.
Other times there is a need to explore your experience through personal - embodied - practices so that you can explore, for your own self, the nature of the identified problem and to find your own path forward.
Human health is complex, and through my combined approach I can help you move forward through your health challenges.
Longevity
If you're up for it, I'd also like to help you dive deeper into your health. The hard reality is that the norm in our modern world is to be unhealthy, accumulating disease diagnoses as you move through the decades. I don't want this to be your path.
