In our modern world, it can be difficult to find ourselves in any single moment of stillness, let alone ask that we cultivate a 45 minute practice to sit in complete stillness and enjoy the peace, the joy, and the piercing clarity that is waiting to arise for you.
Not to worry, I have just the path to get you to where you are ready to be!
I created Stillness Speaks as a program to guide your journey into stillness, and to do it in a way that meets you exactly where you are at, demanding nothing other than what you are ready and willing to give.
I believe stillness is an essential practice for all modern humans. Especially given our over-emphasis on hard work and movement, it is wholly necessary to devote a part of our day to letting go of the noise and releasing into quietude.
A stillness practice doesn't have to look the same for everyone. Actually, any sort of meditation or embodiment practice should be able to meet you exactly where you are at. Whether you have 5 minute or an hour, you should be able to call in stillness to soothe your mind, your body, and your whole being.
That being said, this program is here to stretch your ability to call in stillness.
The way we do this is devoting this space to building the length of your stillness practice.
Can you build it to 15 minutes? How about 20? What about 45 minutes?
In this winter program, our goal together is to build your stillness practice into a length of time that resonates with YOU: your body, your mind, your life.
There is an important reason for this! The more time we spend in stillness, the deeper the gifts we receive:
- deepening into peace
- deepening into clarity
That's what we are after in this program devoted to lengthening the time you can sit in stillness!
Do you have to maintain a lengthy stillness practice?
No, of course not! You don't have to do anything beyond being present in your life in a way that meets your needs and you life & body's demands.
Whether you keep up a lengthy stillness practice is up to you. But what I do know is that if you can devote the next 8 weeks to building up a devoted stillness practice, then its effects will stick with you for the rest of your life (no matter what your stillness or meditation practice looks like from there).
What is Stillness Speaks?
Stillness speaks is a winter program here to guide you into a stillness practice as one core piece of your embodiment path. Cultivating inner stillness is a necessary part of the embodiment path. Stillness is what allows for your conscious connection to self and reality, a state which is wholly necessary on your path forward.
Stillness is a simple idea, but not necessarily an easy state to access. We live in a world wherein us modern humans have been taught to live in constant "go" - always pushing forward, always ready to move onto the next thing and the next! Cultivating stillness is an antidote to the pressure to keep pushing forward; alas, it comes as a journey of its own to return to a more natural rhythm that allows us to be in tune: with reality, and with our very own selves.
Stillness Speaks is a program that provides a structured process for you to cultivate your own stillness practice. In addition, Stillness Speaks offers opportunity to connect via story and teaching that helps us each cultivate stillness given our own, unique wiring.
Cultivating a stillness practice looks different for everyone. In this program you get to take charge of cultivating your own stillness practice through clear and direct guidance from myself, while we also open to some fun creative ways to play in this space.

How it works
You may purchase Stillness Speaks at any point after it goes live December 4th 2024. At this time you will be given immediate access to the instructions to begin your stillness practice.
During the winter season 2024/2025, the Stillness Speaks portal will be regularly updated with video and audio teachings and practices to help you further cultivate your stillness and meditation practice as part of your embodiment path. This is where we get to play, get creative, and get focused on the real challenges surrounding a stillness practice. I make these supportive resources in real time as I know what you are up against in your stillness practice. In this way, your participation in developing your stillness practice becomes a co-creative effort in the creation of the resources I bring through to you!
In addition to your instructions for creating your own stillness practice, you can expect 10+ videos/audio recordings to guide you through meditation, experiential journey, and teaching points.

Hi, I'm Katie, and I invite you to join me this winter in deepening into your meditation and embodiment practice by drawing your focus directly the cultivating a stillness practice.
When I began my own stillness meditation practice a decade ago, I was drawn to the desire for peace and clarity as I made my way through a wild, heady, and stressful life as a Biomedical Researcher.
To this day I am in deep reverence to the gifts of peace and clarity that flow in when I continue to say yes to s stillness meditation practice.
Beyond this, after a decade of meditation, I've been honored to open up to the vast realms and experiences that open as we say yes to the journey that is exploring our inner world through a practice of cultivating attention and awareness.
It is all of this that I wish to bring to you in this program. Together, let us focus our attention on stillness and receive the gifts to be received in this space.
