Yoga Workshop Series

The following videos are designed as short (5-to minute) pieces of many of my yoga practices.

While you are certainly free to go through them all at once, I recommend working with one video at a time, taking these bite-sized pieces into your life and yoga classes where you can focus on them more fully.

Practice 1: A seated practice to sink more fully into our bodies and breath as a foundational part of a yoga practice.
