Day 1: Less Stress

During Day 1 we focus on lowering stress in our lives. This includes:

  • reducing unnecessary stresses
  • lowering stress in your nervous system
  • being strategic about adding in activities to create the change we desire

I strongly suggest beginning with the conversation surrounding stress release and stress balance, followed by the completion of the 15 minute practice.

You will get the fullest experience watching both 🙂

Day 2: Creating Space and Aligned Intentions

When we have something new that we wish to bring into our lives, we are required to have the space to bring it into.

Let's spend today creating space and feeling into what we are ready to step into this year.

Bring with you your resolution / intention / any other idea you have for the New Year, and we'll spend some time in an embodied space examining whether it is truly a fit for you.

Practice

Today's practice is an audio guided meditation. It is devoted to making health-conscious choices that best support your physical body and mental well-being as you move forward through your life cultivating experiences that fill you up the most.

Again, quickly, it’s worth speaking to that this method isn’t about health as an optimization problem. Instead, it’s about being more fully in the flow of your life, cultivating behaviors that fulfill you, and supporting your ability to have the energy, mental clarity, and physical ability to show up for it all.

Two notes:

This practice assumes that you enter into this space with ideas surrounding behaviors that you know could make you healthier, but haven't actually cultivated in your life.

If you are in need of any ideas to you may want to (be they dietary, exercise related, etc.), please shoot me an email and let's set up a time to talk.

Also, before entering into this mediation, be ready to bring into this space an experience that you are excited to cultivate more of in your life. Our Day 2 practice will help guide you through this.
