How it works
I recognize that stress is one of the primary drivers of poor health (mental & physical) and disease progression.
Stress keeps us paralyzed, feeling lousy, and directly causes harm to our physical bodies.
Releasing stress is often the first step on the path to healthier living. And, to be completely honest, sometimes it is the only step that is truly necessary at this time in your health journey.
Other times, once we release what is keeping you stuck, we find that you want to fill this new space with healthier behaviors. I am here to help serve as your guide (if this second piece is what you desire!)
