Guided Meditation
The following meditation is here to support your process of letting go of anything that you may be carrying that you are finding to be too heavy, or too much of a burden to hold onto at this time.
Perhaps it is something that has served to light up your life for a time. Or, perhaps it's simply an idea - a dream or a goal - one that never came into fruition and is now holding you back from a new version of life that you know will bring you greater happiness.

How it works
I created this meditation with two versions to serve what you may need in this moment.
For many of you, these words have been resonating deeply and you are ready to begin the process of release.
But for some of you, perhaps you're still a little hesitant. Perhaps you're not wanting to work with anything in particular and simply in need of rest.
The first part of this meditation will bring you into this state of supported rest, and if this is all that resonates with your needs and desires in the moment, I encourage you to select the first option.
For those of you here today who find yourself reaching towards a practice that may help you move through the fuller release process, I encourage you to select the second option.
