This 20 minute guided meditation will guide you into your center, a space from which you will experience the following:
- A deepening into the center of your being
- Building of your inner light
- Expansion of your light beyond your self
This practice was created with the intention of holding Self in connection to the world outside of Self.
To get started, find a comfortable seated position where you will not be disturbed for the next 20 minutes.
I recommend listening through the full practice the first time around. Following this, you may find that you are able to shorten the practice.
