Alignment is one of the main concepts that falls under our "Embodied Spirituality" umbrella, helping you to connect in skillfully to your body and this Earthly world - doing so in a way that brings all parts self into one fully integrated, cohesive whole.

No longer living with your head guiding you one way and your heart guiding you another, this practice is here to bring all parts of self into alignment (head and heart, as well as root, womb, and all parts you may not even know exist).

Now, let's be honest. Alignment is not something that happens in perfection in 20 minutes. Rather, just like every other part of The Embodied Path that I teach, alignment is a skill and state that takes time to cultivate.

This being said, no matter where you are today, this is a practice that twill help bring you into alignment to the next degree (which might feel like a big step, or a subtle one).

As spoken to in the practice, do the full thing all at once. It'll take you 30 minutes.

From here, apply this practice to your life in whatever way it serves. Repeat the full guided audio whenever you need to, or return to pieces of it.

Practice

The following practice is here to do the following:

  • Guide you in an experiential practice of aligning consciously and energetically within your whole body
  • Teach you a technique that you can take with you, practicing it as you are able so that you can, with time, apply it an a natural, non-conscious way

As with all practices, we begin with conscious connection to breath and body. From here, we build the practice.

Find a comfortable seated position where you will not be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. When you are ready, press play.
