In this space I offer a gentle, slower moving vinyasa style class where I invite you to move your body in sync with your breath, providing opportunity to gently stretch and strengthen as you enjoy the stress-relieving effects of this therapeutic style of yoga.

Hi, I'm Katie Hemphill, a 500+ Hour trained Yoga teacher teaching a gentle, slow moving vinyasa-style class that encourages turning inward as you learn to listen into your own body for guidance.

In this class, I encourage breath-synced movement that provides a stress-lowering effect, guiding your through a series of movements that offer gentle stretching and strengthening.

Off the yoga mat, I am an outdoor athlete who learned to push myself rather too strongly. While recovering from physical and mental injury, I blended my formal therapeutic yoga teachings with my desire for physical and mental improvement.

Whether you're here to lower stress and relieve anxiety, to move your body, to stretch & strengthen, this class is here to support you with an opportunity to step into a therapeutic space focused on relieving stress and gently moving your body, while providing space to push yourself in a controlled, beneficial-to-your-body way.
